Google review link and QR code
Reviews are one of the strongest things Google and AI assistants look at. Most happy customers never leave one because it’s fiddly. This makes it a single tap.
How do I find it?
Easiest way: sign in to the Google account that manages your business profile, then search Google for your business name. In your profile you’ll see a button such as Get more reviews or Ask for reviews. It shows a short link (it usually starts with g.page). Copy it and paste it above. (Google changes its screens from time to time, so the button may be worded slightly differently.)
Another way: use Google’s free Place ID Finder, type your business name and address, and copy the “Place ID”. Paste that above and we’ll turn it into a review link.
Check the link before you share it: open it in a private window, and you should land on Google’s “write a review” box for your business.
Do it the right way
- Ask soon after a good job, while the customer is still pleased. Do it every time, not in one big burst.
- Never pay or reward people for reviews, and don’t ask only happy customers. Google’s rules ban both, and it can remove reviews or suspend profiles that break them.
- Reply to every review, good or bad, politely and briefly.
- Ask customers to mention what you did for them (“fixed our boiler”). That specific wording helps people and AI tools understand what you do.
