What an audit finding looks like

A short excerpt from a sample audit for a fictional business, so you know what you’re buying.

Sample · fictional business “Acme Plumbing, Austin TX”

Finding 3 of 11: Perplexity names two competitors for “emergency plumber Austin”, not you

What we saw: Both competitors have 300+ Google reviews mentioning “emergency” and “after hours”. Acme has 41 reviews, none mentioning emergency work, and the website says “24/7” only in an image.

Why it matters: Assistants quote what is written. The 24/7 claim isn’t in text anywhere a crawler can read it.

Fix: (1) Put “24/7 emergency plumbing” in the home page H1 and title, (2) add it to the profile’s description and as a service, (3) use the review-request template (attached) that asks customers what job we did for them.

Questions

Can you guarantee I’ll be recommended by ChatGPT or Google?

No, and nobody honestly can. AI answers vary from run to run and we don’t control any of these systems. We fix the things you do control (crawler access, structured data, profile quality and consistency) and show you the before and after.

What do I need to give you?

Your website address and your Google Business Profile link (or business name and city). For the setup service we also need a way to edit your site, and manager access to your Google profile if you want us to update it. You remain the owner.

What if my website builder can’t do some of this?

Wix, Squarespace and Shopify limit some changes, such as adding a file at the site root. We tell you up front what is and isn’t possible on your platform and focus on what is.

What is your refund policy?

If you’re not happy with the audit, tell us within 14 days and we’ll refund it in full. If you buy the setup service after an audit, the audit fee is credited toward it.

How is this different from the free scan?

The free scan is automated and covers your website. The audit adds a person: real questions put to real assistants, a hand review of your Google profile, and competitor comparison, which no automated tool can do for you.

Not sure which one you need?

Send a question and we’ll reply with an honest recommendation, even if that’s “just use the free tools”.

We use your details only to reply. See the privacy policy.
