Terms of service

The free tools

The scanner, generators and checklists are provided as-is for general information. Scores are our own estimate of readiness and are not a prediction of rankings, citations or revenue. Review any code or file before adding it to your site.

Paid services

The AI Visibility Audit ($97) and Done-for-you Setup ($397) are fixed-price services delivered by email as described on the services page. Delivery times start when we have the information we need from you. For setup work you authorise us to make the agreed changes to your website and profiles, and you stay the owner of every account.

No guarantees

AI assistants and search engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We don’t guarantee any particular ranking, citation, traffic or sales outcome.

Refunds

If you’re not satisfied with the audit, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll refund the fee in full. For setup work, we’ll correct anything that doesn’t match what we agreed, or refund the part we couldn’t deliver.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the scanner to probe sites you aren’t allowed to test, to overload a server, or to attack anyone. We rate-limit requests and may block abuse.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
