Why AIReadyNow exists
Customers increasingly ask an assistant who to hire. Most small businesses have no idea whether they show up, or why not.
AIReadyNow is an independent project that helps small and local businesses understand, and improve, how AI assistants and search engines see them. We built the scanner because the advice in this area is full of hype, and a business owner deserves to know what is measurable, what isn’t, and what is worth fixing first.
Our principles
- Free first. The scan and the tools are free and work without an account.
- Honest claims. We don’t promise rankings or citations. We tell you what we can and can’t see.
- Plain pricing. Two fixed-price services ($97 and $397) with a 14-day refund window on the audit.
Our scanner
When you scan a site, our server downloads its home page, /robots.txt, /sitemap.xml and /llms.txt and analyses them. It identifies itself with this user agent:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; AIReadyNowBot/1.0; +https://aireadynow.com/about/#bot)
It only runs when someone requests a scan, makes a handful of requests per scan, never logs in or submits forms, and refuses private and internal addresses. If you’d rather it didn’t scan your site, add this to your robots.txt, or contact us:

The scanner doesn’t currently check robots.txt before the scan the user asked for, because it behaves like a browser fetch on the requester’s behalf. We may change that.
